4. Parish Council Minutes

To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 7^th February 2022.

7.1             Current year finances – To accept final accounts for 2021-2022.

7.2 Next year’s finances – To note increase in Playing Field grass cutting fees from £50 a cut to £55 a cut.

7.3 Payments – to approve payments:

Playsafety Ltd – Annual playing field equipment inspection – £109.20

7.5 Audit – to confirm appointment of internal auditor.

8. Planning

8.1 To receive planning applications for consideration.

079/22 – Construction of agricultural building at land adjacent to Greenmoor, Sticklepath – response by Parish Council following email consultation – neutral response with comment that permission, if granted, should include a condition that the development is only used for agricultural purposes.

8.2 Planning decisions – to note any permissions granted.

8.3 Planning refusals – to note any refusals advised.

8.4 Any other planning matters to note and discuss.

9. Matters arising
   • Queens Platinum Jubilee Celebrations – Cllr Bell to report on arrangements
   • Highways Community Enhancement Fund – now open for applications – to consider applying for grant for verge cutting and weed spraying.
   • Flying of Ukraine Flag – to discuss and agree whether to fly flag on flagpole at White Rock in support of Ukraine
   • Annual Parish Meeting and AGM – set for 9 May.  To discuss attendees and format for meeting.
