Clerk’s Report to Sticklepath Parish Council February 2025

General Tasks
- I have forwarded lots of emails to the councillors, and read others which proved to not be of interest to Sticklepath.
- Cllr Sewell has now been added to the Council emails, bank account and WhatsApp group, I have liaised with him regarding training and his new roles and added his details to the West Devon Borough Council website register of interest. He is now included in the list of councillors on the noticeboard and website.
- I have submitted our comments to Dartmoor National Park Authority regarding the Tree Conservation applications discussed at the last meeting.
- I have liaised with Tracey Bowman re standing for co-option at the next meeting.
- I have declined an invitation to an Okehampton Civic Quiz on behalf of the Chair and Vice-Chair.

Emergency Plan – I have removed Mike Johns and Mike Savage from the Community Response Team page and added Kevin Sales and Martin Herrington as per the draft plan. The Co-Ordinator role is blank. I have done the same on the Emergency Plan full page. I have removed the link to the full PDF document in both places because it contains incorrect information.
