1. APOLOGIES – To receive and accept apologies.
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – In accordance with the Standing Orders of the Parish Council, this agenda item will be for a period of no more than 15 minutes. Any member of the public may speak for a period of 3 minutes and a question shall not require a response at the meeting nor start a debate on the question. No one person shall be able to speak for more than 3 minutes. Members of the public are only entitled to speak during this session and not during the following meeting of the Council, unless specifically requested to do so by the Chairperson. Comments should be directed to the Chairperson of the meeting and only one person is permitted to speak at a time. Anyone who disturbs the proceedings may be required to withdraw.
3. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS – To receive declarations of personal interest and disclosable pecuniary interests in respect of items on this agenda.
4. PARISH COUNCIL MINUTES – To approve the minutes of the Sticklepath Parish Council meeting held on 11th November 2020 as a correct record. Copies of the minutes will be circulated with the Agenda. The approved minutes will be signed at a later date.
5. ACTIONS REPORT – To receive progress updates on Actions and reports on matters arising from the minutes of previous meetings. For information only.
5.1 Clerk to respond to DCC Back Lane signage response (Clerk)
5.2 Response to National Trust (Cllr. Grubb)
5.3 Report stile damage (Cllr. Bell)
5.4 Budget amendments (All Councillors)
5.5 Councillor responsibilities spreadsheet to be distributed (Clerk)
6. COUNCILLOR REPORTS – To receive reports of actions taken or planned (for or on behalf of the Council or relevant to the work of the Council). For information only.
6.1 Chair’s Report – To receive a report from Cllr Grubb.
6.2 WDBC and /or DCC Reports – To receive any reports from WDBC or DCC Councillors
6.3 Committee Reports – To receive any reports from the Playing Field Committee (Cllr. Bell) or Hardship Fund Committee (Cllr. Cruse)
6.4 Any other reports – To receive any other reports from Councillors or the Clerk.
7. CLERK APPRAISAL – To note the Clerk’s annual Appraisal and confirm the additional experience salary point increase.
8. FINANCE – Supporting documents for these items will be distributed with the Agenda
8.1 Current Year Finances – To review and accept the financial reports for the year to date.
8.2 Invoices to pay – To approve payments (set up by the Clerk and to be authorised by a Councillor):

8.3 Budget for 2021/2022 – To agree the budget for the next financial year.
9. PLANNING – Dartmoor National Park as the Planning Authority have asked for comments on the following planning application(s):
9.1 There are no new applications to consider.
9.2 0456/20 To note the planning decision to Refuse permission to convert a stable block at Glendale, Sticklepath.
If necessary, any late items of planning will be added to the list and circulated to Councillors prior to the meeting.
10. DOING WHAT MATTERS – To note that no future Highways works are scheduled for Sticklepath and to consider any additional actions.
11. CALENDAR OF MEETINGS – To agree the dates of Council meetings in 2021
12. VERGES & OPEN SPACES MANAGEMENT PLAN – To continue formulating the management plan.
