AGENDA
1. Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies for absence.
2. Public Participation This item is limited to 15 minutes and will be conducted in accordance with the Standing Orders of the Council, which are available to read on the website.
3. Declarations of Interest To receive and note any declarations of interest (personal or pecuniary) relating to items on the agenda.
4. Parish Council Minutes To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 23rd June 2021.
5. Actions Report To receive updates on Actions and matters arising since the last meeting.
5.1 Pedestrian Crossing Cllr. Grubb to investigate pedestrian traffic numbers
5.2 Bench correspondence Cllr. Grubb to seek clarification over location.
6. Councillor Reports To receive reports from Councillors relating to their work for, or as a representative of, the Council.
6.1 Chairman’s Report To receive a report from Cllr. Grubb.
6.2 WDBC and or DCC Reports To receive any reports from WDBC or DCC Councillors.
6.3 Committee Reports To receive reports from the Playing Field Committee (Cllr. Bell) or the hardship Fund Committee (Cllr. Cruse)
6.4 Any other reports To receive any reports from Councillors or the Clerk.
7. Finances
7.1 Current Year Finances To accept the current year finance report.
7.2 Payments To approve the following payments. Late invoices will be circulated at or before the meeting.

7.3 August Salary To consider pre-approving the Clerk’s August salary and PAYE payments.
8. Planning Applications To consider submitting responses to the following applications:
8.1 0355/21 Full planning permission application for construction of a single infill dwelling at Springfields, Sticklepath.

9. MVAS agreement To consider the MVAS agreement and agree any further actions.
10. Tree Inspection Report To note the Annual Tree Inspection report.
11. Beating the Bounds To receive an update from Cllr. Rowlands and agree any further actions.
12. Code of Conduct To consider adopting the new Code of Conduct. A copy will be circulated with the agenda.
