1. Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies for absence.
2. Public Participation This item is limited to 15 minutes and will be conducted in accordance with the Standing Orders of the Council, which are available to read on the website.
3. Declarations of Interest To receive and note any declarations of interest (personal or pecuniary) relating to items on the agenda.
4. Parish Council Minutes To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 3rd November 2021.
5. Action Reports
5.1 Civic Recognition correspondence To note the actions taken since the last meeting.
5.2 Land ownership/Pathway To receive any updates from Cllr. Moore and/or Cllr. Grubb (designating a Right of Way).
5.3 Logging issues with DCC Clerk to email guidance.
5.4 Sticklepath Walk Leaflet Clerk to include cost in budget. Cllr. Rowlands to contact advertisers.
5.5 Meeting Calendar Clerk to bring provisional calendar to next meeting.
6. Councillor Reports
6.1 Chairman’s Report To receive a report from Cllr. Grubb.
6.2 WDBC and or DCC Reports To receive any reports from WDBC or DCC Councillors.
6.3 Committee Reports To receive reports from the Playing Field Committee (Cllr. Bell) or the hardship Fund Committee (Cllr. Cruse)
6.4 Any other reports To receive any reports from Councillors or the Clerk.

7.1 Current Year Finances To accept the current year financial report.

9. Lengthsman To consider employing a lengthsman to address various jobs in the parish.
