1.        Declarations of Interest To receive and note any declarations of interest (personal or pecuniary) relating to items on the agenda.
2.        Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies for absence.
Public Participation This item is limited to 15 minutes and will be conducted in accordance with the Standing Orders of the Council, which are available to read on the website.
4.        Parish Council Minutes To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 4th March 2024.
5.      Housing Initiative To welcome a representative of Middlemarch, facilitators of Community Land Trusts, to speak about their work and how they could help Sticklepath to set up a Community Trust.

6.1.     WDBC / DCC Reports To receive any reports from WDBC or DCC Councillors.
6.2.     Chair’s Report To receive a report from Cllr Sales.
6.3.     Playing Field Committee Report To receive a report from the Playing Field Committee (Cllr. Bell) and agree any action regarding the Wild Flower Area, the Playsafety inspection and the purchase of new equipment.
6.4.     Hardship Fund Committee Report To receive a report from the Hardship Fund Committee (Cllr. Moore)
6.5.     Clerk’s Report To receive the report from the Clerk.
6.6.     Road Warden’s Report To receive a report from Cllr Powell, Road Warden.

 

6.7.     Any other reports To receive any other reports from Councillors or the Clerk.
7.        Items brought forward and actions from previous meeting
7.1.     Defibrillator To receive any update from Cllr Wooldridge regarding the review of the VETS list and the re-painting of the phone box.
7.2.     Bus Stops To receive an update from Cllr Sales regarding progress on  the bus stop repairs and noticeboards.
7.3.     Okehampton Hospital To receive any update on the campaign to re-open Okehampton Hospital wards.
7.4.     National Trust Emergency Number To receive an update from Cllr Moore regarding an emergency number for National Trust.
7.5.     Walks leaflets for Museum To respond to the request from the museum for walks leaflets.
7.6.     Asset Register To agree and sign the updated Asset Register.
8.        Finances
8.1. Payments To approve any payments. Late invoices will be circulated at or before the meeting.

8.2.     Receipts To note any funds received:

9. Planning
9.1. Planning Applications To consider submitting responses to any planning applications that are received after the publication of the agenda.
9.2. Planning Decisions To note any planning decisions, including the following

9.3.   Planning Matters To note any other planning matters
10.    Risk Assessments To agree and sign the amended Risk Register circulated by the Clerk.
11.    Social media To discuss the next actions in introducing Council social media, a course or a policy.
12.    Village Gate Painting To agree any action regarding the Village Gates.
