1.       Declarations of Interest To receive and note any declarations of interest (personal or pecuniary) relating to items on the agenda.
2.       Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies for absence.
3. Public Participation This item is limited to 15 minutes and will be conducted in accordance with the Standing Orders of the Council, which are available to read on the website.
4.       Parish Council Minutes To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 18th July 2022.
5. Reports
5.1.    WDBC and or DCC Reports To receive any reports from WDBC or DCC Councillors.
5.2.    Chairman’s Report To receive a report from Cllr. Sales.
5.3.    Committee Reports To receive reports from the Playing Field Committee (Cllr. Bell) and/or the Hardship Fund Committee (Cllr. Rowlands)
5.4.    Clerk’s Report To receive the report from the Clerk.
5.5.    Sticklepath & Belstone School Charity To receive a report from Cllr Rowlands, Clerk to the charity.
5.6.    Tavistock Railway To receive a report from Cllr Moore.
5.7.    Any other reports To receive any reports from Councillors or the Clerk.
6.       Items brought forward and actions from previous meeting
6.1.    Councillors’ Responsibilities To confirm the changes requested by Cllr Rowlands regarding the Sticklepath & Belstone School Charity Section.
6.2.    Green Space Consultation To receive any update from Cllr Sales and Cllr Moore regarding progress with the consultation at the end of September.
6.3.    Willey Lane Potholes To receive any update from Cllr Sales.
6.4.    Parish Newsletter To receive any update from Cllr Bell on the Parish Newsletter
6.5. Road Warden Scheme To receive updates on progress with the adoption of the road warden scheme. (Cllr Sales and Cllr Moore display, Cllr Westcott and Cllr Bell Social Media, Clerk contact with NHO)

To agree the signing of the agreement with DCC.

6.6.    Travel Safety Scheme To receive any update from Cllr Westcott regarding a road safety initiative with the school.
6.7.    Speeding Signs To receive any update from Ian Duffield regarding sharing speeding signs with other councils.
6.8.    Post Office To receive any updates on the future of the Post Office and actions taken. (Clerk Planning Application, Cllr Sales emails)
6.9.    Councillor Training To receive any update from Cllr Wooldridge.
6.10.                   Bank Account Mandate To receive any update from the Clerk.

To approve removal of Vera Loader and Lynn Daniel from the account.

6.11.                   Village Day To receive any update from Cllr Bell.
6.12.                   Committee Agendas and Minutes To receive any update from the Clerk.
6.13.                   Internal Auditor Actions To receive any update from the Clerk.
6.14.                   Clerk’s Appraisal To receive any report from Cllr Sales and Cllr Moore.

    0221/22 2 Grove Meadow – Application was approved with conditions.

10.    DALC Conference To ask for a representative to attend the DALC conference on Wednesday 5th October.
11.    Council Photo To take photographs of the council meeting for use on website.
12.    Second Homes/Holiday Lets To receive a report from Cllr Sales on DALC consultation, to agree any further action.
13.    Complaints Policy To review and confirm the Sticklepath Complaints Policy (adopted 2014, last reviewed Sept 2019)
14.    Billy Green Footpath To receive a report from Cllr Moore, to agree any further action.
15.    Community Right to Bid To discuss whether any buildings or land should be designated as assets of community value.
16.    Fly-Tipping/Nuisance To discuss problems in the village and agree any action.
