Dream-A-Way holidays for disabled people
Making a difference in Devon since 1993
Dream-A-Way has been making a difference to Devon’s children and adults with disabilities since 1993. Dream-A-Way are an Exeter based charity helping to make dreams come true for Devon’s children and adults with disabilities or life affecting health conditions, including those with terminal prognosis. Dream-A-Way are a special charity as it is run completely by volunteers who give their time and services freely, so no administration costs are incurred. No one receives any honoraria, payments, or expenses so Dream-A-Way are able to help even more Devon’s children and adults with disabilities!
Holidays
Holidays are what Dream-A-Way is all about. Dream-A-Way want to provide as many holiday grants as they can. Dream-A-Way provides grants towards holidays and arrange fun days out so Devon’s children and adults with disabilities and their support can enjoy a much-needed break. Grants can be support for an annual stay in one of Dream-A-Way’s luxury caravans at Devon Cliffs, Exmouth or a once in a lifetime holiday that would change the life of a loved one who really deserves it. Over 18,000 people have benefited since Dream-A-Way was launched in 1993, including families, individuals, and groups of all ages. People have enjoyed holidays throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world that have provided memories that last a lifetime.

Luxury Holiday Home Breaks at Haven Devon Cliffs Holiday Park Sandy Bay EX8 5BT
Thanks to the amazing generosity of our individual and business supporters, we’ve been able to purchase 9 luxury holiday caravans at the beautiful Haven Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Sandy Bay, Exmouth. All our holiday caravans have ramped access and come with mod cons and balconies providing great sea views. We have six three bedded caravans and three caravans (with two beds in each) that are fully adapted with wider doorways, lowered kitchen units and wheel-in wet rooms making them completely accessible if you have a wheelchair user, in your party. When you stay in a Dream-A-Way luxury caravan, you’ll also benefit from:
- Complimentary membership for access to the clubs, pool and sporting facilities for everyone staying in the home – worth up to £320
- Complimentary electricity, gas and water
Holiday Grants & Trips
Many people are of the belief that Dream-A-Way only provides grants for holidays for children so we are working hard to increase awareness of the fact that we have no age restrictions on applicants.
(For legal and safety reasons, applicants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during their holiday). We have provided grants for many different types of holidays and day trips and for a wide variety of reasons, so you are invited to consider what your dream holiday would be. Some people wish to visit distant relatives, others want to see great sights, some want to fulfil a lifelong dream and others just need some time out from normal routines.
