1. APOLOGIES
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – In accordance with the Standing Orders of the Parish Council, this agenda item will be for a period of no more than 15 minutes. Any member of the public may speak for a period of 3 minutes and a question shall not require a response at the meeting nor start a debate on the question. No one person shall be able to speak for more than 3 minutes. Members of the public are only entitled to speak during this session and not during the following meeting of the Council, unless specifically requested to do so by the Chairperson. Comments should be directed to the chairperson of the meeting and only one person is permitted to speak at a time. Anyone who disturbs the proceedings may be required to withdraw.

5.1 Two museums walk – consideration of revision of walk, new leaflet and signpost
5.2 Village gateways – to consider position of 4th gate and report on signage for 3rd gate (DM)
5.3 Verges – to discuss date for first cut of wide verge at western end of village (All)
5.4 “Wild” area of wide verge – to discuss final location and management of wild area
5.5 Trees overhanging road from playing field – report on quote and funding (EB)
5.6 Decorative lighting – to discuss and agree locations for lighting (AC)

6.1 0362/19 – 26 Oak Tree Park – two storey side extension – to note application refused
7. FINANCE
7.1 Finance and budgetary figures circulated
7.2 Budget – Clerk to receive suggestions of budgetary requirements for 2020/2021
7.3 Election expenses – to note charge for uncontested election will be £67.12 to be charged f/y 2020/2021

8. MATTERS ARISING
8.1 Remembrance Day – to discuss arrangements
8.2 Leat inspection – consider arrangements
8.3 Village Work Day – to agree date
8.4 Dog bins – to note bins on fortnightly emptying. All to monitor.
8.5 Moor Otters Project, DNPA – to discuss promotion of project in the village
8.6 Councillor’s email addresses and password protection – to discuss use of Parish Council specific email addresses for Councillors and installation of password vault software.
8.7 DNPA – annual parking pass proposals – to consider survey regarding proposals to introduce annual parking passes for Haytor, Postbridge and Meldon Reservoir car parks.
